AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS
All Perfume Republic products are 100% authentic and supplied by reputable and established UK wholesalers.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES AND PACKAGING
We endevour to represent all of our products with clarity and accuracy. In some rare cases, the packaging or images may differ slightly than those we have in stock. The textual descriptions will always be accurate and contain the brand, fragrance and size with accuracy. Please feel free to report any discrpeancies to us at info@perfumerepublic.co.uk
PRICES
All advertised prices include VAT and represent the "actual" price of purchase. Delivery charges are in addition to the advertised price and are detailed below. We endeavour to search our many suppliers to provide a wide selection of quality products at the cheapest possible price.
DELIVERY
Perfume Republic make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of order or the next day. Orders are typically received within 2-5 days from the order date (this is not guaranteed and may be affected by stock availability). In the unlikely event that the item you have purchased is out of stock. We will inform you and provide the option to wait until it has been restocked, or will provide a full refund.
ELIGIBLE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Your delivery address MUST be the address where your credit/debit card is registered. Due to fraud risks it has become necessary to enforce address checking on all transactions. Return customers with an account history in excess of 3 months may contact us for special circumstance deliveries.
Due to customs and security restrictions we DO NOT ship internationally. All goods are available in UK only.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Items are sent by one of the two following options selected at the time of purchase:
1st Class (Royal Mail). Delivery per order is charged at £2.95 including VAT.
or
Special Delivery (Royal Mail). Delivery per order is charged at £5.40 including VAT.
* Perfume Republic reserves the right to upgrade your delivery service to either "Recorded" or Special Delivery on a case by case basis.
RETURNS
For health and safety reasons, Perfume Republic does not provide the facility to return products where the sealed packaging has been removed or tampering has occurred. This includes both used and unused products. On eligible items, return postal charges will be paid by the customer on all items with the exclusion of faulty products.
If you wish to return a product please contact us at info@perfumerepublic.co.uk as soon as possible. We will endeavour to provide a full refund within 7 days of receiving your request. Items must have been delivered within the last 14 days to be eligible for return.
